Start call | famolino photo card

Directly to a loved one with a tap & tip

The personalized famolino photo card makes calling simple, personal, and easy to understand. Unlock your smartphone, hold the card to the back, tap the notification – and the call to the saved phone number starts immediately.

You can customize the name, subtitle, and photo. The name is placed in a high-contrast, easy-to-read format. The large photo helps to quickly recognize the contact person – especially for elderly people with visual impairments.

In the subtitle, you can enter, for example, "Your neighbor" or "A good friend." A personal message like "I love you" is also possible, of course. The visual guidance and simple operation can also support people with dementia in their daily lives.

The famolino photo card works with NFC technology. You don't need an app and don't have to set anything up on the smartphone. The card operates passively, requires neither a battery nor charging, and is therefore ready for use for many years.

Design your personal famolino photo card now – as a loving calling aid, a valuable gift, or a simple way to stay connected with important people.

Please read these instructions carefully before first use and keep them for future reference. They are part of the product information and contain important details regarding safe and intended use.

• The famolino card is intended for triggering a stored function—for example, a contact, a message, a link, or a communication application—via NFC on a compatible smartphone. Use the card exclusively for this purpose.
• To use the card, you require a compatible smartphone with the NFC function enabled. Depending on the function, an internet connection, a suitable application, and camera or microphone permissions may also be required.
• Functionality may vary or be temporarily unavailable depending on the smartphone, settings, internet connection, and the availability of the stored service.
• Check the card for damage before use. Do not use it if it shows cracks, deformation, peeling, or other damage. Do not bend, punch, cut, or alter the card. Protect it from water, extreme heat, open flames, and aggressive chemicals.
• Clean the card with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water and do not use abrasive cleaning agents. Store the card in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Test the card before regular use. The card merely triggers the stored function on the smartphone. It does not ensure that a contact is reachable, that a connection is established, or that a message is read and answered.
• For message or status cards, only the stored message is transmitted. The card does not automatically detect the location, health status, or actual safety of the user. Therefore, verify before use that the selected message is appropriate for the current situation.
• For emergency cards, the following also applies: The famolino card is not a standalone emergency device and does not replace a direct emergency call. In the event of acute danger or a medical emergency, call the local emergency number immediately—112 in Germany. Do not rely solely on the card in an emergency.
