Start call | famolino symbol card

Get to the right contact instantly with a single icon

The personalized famolino icon card makes making phone calls simple, clear, and easy to understand. Unlock your smartphone, hold the card to the back, tap the notification – and the call to the stored phone number starts immediately.

Instead of a photo, the focus of this card is a large, easily recognizable icon. Choose from numerous icons for various use cases and contacts – for example, for a pharmacy, your family doctor, a taxi, the hairdresser, physical therapy, or a delivery service.

You can customize the name and additional text. The name is positioned to be highly legible. The full-surface design with high-contrast colors and clear symbolism facilitates orientation and helps you to quickly recognize and correctly assign the card.

The famolino icon card works with NFC technology, requires no app, and needs no setup on the smartphone. The card operates passively, requires neither batteries nor charging, and is therefore functional for many years.

Design your personal famolino icon card now – as a simple orientation aid, a practical phone tool, or loving support in everyday life.

Please read these instructions carefully before first use and keep them in a safe place. They are part of the product information and contain important details regarding safe and intended use.

• The famolino card is intended to trigger a stored function – for example, a contact, a message, a link, or a communication application – via NFC on a compatible smartphone. Use the card exclusively for this purpose.
• To use the card, you need a compatible smartphone with the NFC function activated. Depending on the function, an internet connection, a suitable application, and camera or microphone permissions may also be required.
• The function may vary or be temporarily unavailable depending on the smartphone, settings, internet connection, and the availability of the stored service.
• Check the card for damage before use. Do not use it if it shows cracks, deformations, peeling, or other damage. Do not bend, punch, cut, or alter the card. Protect it from water, extreme heat, open flames, and aggressive chemicals.
• Clean the card with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge it in water and do not use abrasive cleaning agents. Store the card in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• Test the card before regular use. The card merely triggers the stored function on the smartphone. It does not ensure that a contact is reachable, that a connection is established, or that a message is read and answered.
• For message or status cards, only the stored message is transmitted. The card does not automatically detect the location, health status, or actual safety of the person using it. Therefore, check before use whether the selected message is appropriate for the current situation.
• For emergency call cards, the following also applies: The famolino card is not an independent emergency device and does not replace a direct emergency call. In the event of acute danger or a medical emergency, immediately dial the local emergency number, 112 in Germany. Do not rely solely on the card in an emergency.
